Golf Squad ships products to the entire Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) and the Balearic Islands.

Shipping Times

The delivery time for shipments in Spain will be between 24 and 72 hours.
The delivery time for shipments in Portugal will be between 48 and 72 hours.

Shipping Costs

• All Peninsular (Spain and Portugal) and island (Balearic) shipments: €7.90 or Free from €100
• Delivery time may be affected during special campaigns such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.
• Orders are prepared within 48 hours after receiving the customer’s payment from Monday to Friday.
• All orders take between 24 and 72 hours to arrive.
• If you place an order on Friday after 1:00 p.m. or during the weekend, your order will be shipped on Monday. If it is a holiday then it will be shipped the next business day.
• On national holidays we do not ship.
• At Golf Squad Brand we work so that your products arrive on time but we are not responsible for extreme weather conditions or other interruptions in the delivery service beyond our control.
• We will inform you of the time of departure of your order by email.

Do returns have a cost?

YES
If the return is for a change in size, because you no longer want that product, or because you bought it by mistake, the shipping of these returns is the responsibility of the buyer.

NO
If the return is due to a serious manufacturing defect or deterioration of the product during shipping, the return will be paid for by Golf Squad Brand.

Golf Squad Brand accepts product refunds as long as they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent to the customer. This means that it must have its original packaging, labels and corresponding accessories.

WHEN DO WE ACCEPT A REFUND FOR A RETURN?

• Golf Squad refunds the purchase money as long as the product is returned in the same conditions in which it was sent; packaging, labels and extra accessories. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
• Golf Squad will refund the purchase price if the product has serious manufacturing defects or has been damaged during transport. In this case Golf Squad Brand covers return shipping costs.

• In the case of receiving the product by the client with signs of manipulation, dirt, evidence of use, lack of elements that compose it, broken parts, deterioration or other obvious sign of external manipulation, the money will NOT be returned. products, or return costs.
